MBS Xojo Developer Conference

Monkeybread Software is pleased to organize a smaller European Xojo conference in London for 2017. People from all over Europe plan to join us. This is your chance to the meet the Xojo Community from London and finally know the faces for all the forum members.

Schedule will change till conference and sessions will be added as speaker can confirm them. If speakers are unable to attend, we will schedule different sessions.

Dinner:
On the evening before we'd like to offer a get-together where we can have dinner together. Starting at 18 o'clock, you can find people gathering at the hotel bar. Later we visit a restaurant for dinner. Table is reserved.
For 9th November 2017, we have a reservation for Jimmy's restaurant for dinner at 18:30 o'clock. Everyone is invited to come by and join us. If you are at the hotel, we walk together there.

Hotel
The Antoinette Hotel is a modern family owned hotel that welcomes you with unique ambiance and modern facilities.
For our conference we blocked rooms:
- Club Rooms at £82.00 per room
- Classic Double Rooms at £92.00 per room
- Executive Double Rooms at £99.00 per room
- Superior Double Rooms at £109.00 per room
Rates are inclusive of VAT and parking.
Full English Breakfast is £11.95 or £9.95 if booked in advance.
Rooms have air conditioning, plasma television, hospitality tray, direct dial telephone, free wi-fi access and well appointed bathroom.
Guests should call Reservations department on 0844 567 8950 or +44 208 546 1044 to reserve their room, quoting ‘XOJO’, in order to obtain the preferential rates.
The allocation will expire on the 10th of October 2017, at which time all rooms not reserved will be automatically released back to the hotel without charge, and the preferential rates will no longer be applicable.
Around our conference hotel, there are a couple other hotels, so you may find cheaper rooms nearby if needed.
Directions
The hotel is located a short walk from the main station in Wimbledon and just a short walk away (half mile).

Cancellation
For cancellation of our training or conference days one month in advance, we offer 100% refund of the ticket prices.
In November 2017 we do not offer refunds. The hotel rooms need separate cancellation.
