You need to register yourself with Canon and get their SDKs.

The plugin can load SDK's libraries and use them to access various Canon devices.

• Control camera, e.g. shoot a new picture.
• Query images stored on device.
• Get live video preview.
• Receive events if something happens on device.
• Receive event if new device is attached.
